ENABLER OF BUSINESS

DACC is the licensing and regulatory body responsible for Dubai South districts (Logistics, Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, Residential, Golf, and Commercial). In this capacity, DACC provides an attractive legal environment and streamlines the licensing process for business wishing to establish their businesses at Dubai South. As of today, more than 4000 companies are licensed by DACC and are operating within Dubai South. In addition, DACC acts within Dubai South districts as the Development Control body responsible for managing the building and construction permits activities, the urban planning and zoning, and the implementation of occupational health safety and environment (OHSE) policies and standards across Dubai South.
